To town - Approximately 5-10 minutes walk to centre of Nerja.

To beach - Approximately 5-10 minutes walk to Burriana Beach and Carabeo.

Bedrooms - 1 bedroom apartment with 2 single beds and a further fold-down bed suitable for a child. Fitted wardrobe.

Living area - Lounge dining area with table and chairs. Heaters for use in winter and stand-up fan for summer.

Balcony - Private with furniture and sun parasol.

Kitchen - American style new fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven/grill. Microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and washing machine.

Bathroom - Modern bathroom with bath/shower, WC and wash basin.

Gardens - Well kept communal gardens to rear of apartment.

Pool - 1 good sized communal pool and a further smaller pool, both with grass surround, bar and restaurant. Open May to October but please check these dates as they do change.

Entertainment - Freeview English satellite TV and some foreign channels, CD player, Video player, games and books are provided.

Exterior - Second floor access with private entrance via steps (approx. 18). Secluded balcony. Nearby parking.

General - Bed linen and towels provided but not beach towels. Heating in winter and a stand up fan for summer. Adequate bedding for winter.
