To town - Approximately 25 minutes walk to Nerja town centre, 5 minutes by car. Also on a bus route to Nerja. Town can also be reached by foot, either 20 minutes along the beach or 25 minutes along the coastal road.

To beach - Approximately 5 minutes walk to Playazo Beach. This beach has several beach bars/restaurants “chiringuitos” which are excellent value for money and very pleasant.

Bedrooms - 2 bedrooms - 1 double & 1 twin-bed. Bedrooms both have spacious fitted wardrobes. Sleeps 4 in house. In studio sleeps 2 in a double bed.

Living area - Lounge/diner with dining facilities for 4 and sofa seating for 5 people. Heaters for use in winter and ceiling fans for summer. T.V. and books are provided in both properties. In studio, sofa, table and chairs.

Kitchen - Separate fitted kitchen in house, with all necessary appliances including oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and board. In studio, all necessary appliances are provided for including a washing machine and the Kitchen is American style.

Bathroom - 1 bathroom with shower, vanity unit /sink, W.C. and heated towel rail in house. In studio, there is also a separate bathroom with shower, W.C. and sink.

Entertainment - English TV, Spanish T.V and several foreign channels available in both properties.

Exterior - Good sized balcony with awning and large private roof terrace with tap/hose, patio furniture. Superb views of Nerja, sea and mountains. Car parking possible outside the house or very nearby in a car parking area. Private entrance with 5 steps leading to it. For the studio, there are steps leading from the car parking area to the entrance by the terrace.

Pool - There is a large communal pool with a separate children's pool (open May to October), lifeguard, bars and restaurants. Please check pool opening dates as they do change.

General - Bed linen and towels provided but not beach towels. Adequate bedding and heating provided for winter.
