This excellent property is located in the quiet urbanisation of Punta Lara on the westerly outskirts of Nerja. Punta Lara is approximately 2 km along the coastal road from the town centre. The urbanisation is across from the beach and built on a back drop of low hills which gives you picturesque views of Nerja, the coast and the surrounding mountains.

To town - Approximately 25 minutes walk to Nerja town centre, 5 minutes by car. Also on a bus route to Nerja. Town can also be reached by foot, either 20 minutes along the beach or 25 minutes along the coastal road.

To beach - Approximately 5 minutes walk to Playazo Beach. This beach has several beach bars/restaurants “chiringuitos” which are excellent value for money and very pleasant.

Bedrooms - 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the other with 2 single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge for a further 2 people. Sleeps 8. Plenty of storage.

Living area - spacious modern lounge/dining area with seating for 7 people. Dining table seats 6 in comfort. There is plenty of light and access to the terrace through patio doors.

Kitchen - fully fitted separate large kitchen with oven/grill, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster and electric kettle. Gas water heating.

Bathroom - Full, with bath/shower, wash hand basin, W.C., Electric towel drier.

Pool - there is a large communal pool with a separate children's pool bars and restaurants and life guard. Open Easter to October, please check these dates as they do change.

Entertainment - radio, CD and DVD player. Cable TV with English and foreign channels. Books and games available.

Exterior - large south-facing roof terrace with excellent views of sea and mountains, ideal for alfresco dining. Also a balcony leading off living area. A 3rd terrace is on ground level with separate private entrance to the 3rd bedroom. Patio furniture provided. Parking possible outside the property or very nearby.

General - bed linen and towels provided but not beach towels. Portable heaters for winter, adequate bedding for winter and ceiling fans for summer. House has a total of 4 floors, including roof terrace and 2 separate private entrances.

Suitability - suitable for all ages but there are steps up to the property.
