A 2 bedroom house on two floors, with a large roof terrace, in a row of houses with its own entrance. This excellent property is located in the quiet urbanisation of Punta Lara on the westerly outskirts of Nerja.

Punta Lara is approximately 2 km along the coastal road from the town centre. The urbanisation is across from the beach and built on a back drop of low hills which gives you picturesque views of Nerja, the coast and the surrounding mountains.

The property enjoys access to a large communal pool with separate children's pool, life guard and grass surround. There are snack bars and restaurants by the pool. There is a min-market and access to tennis courts at a nearby hotel.

To town - Approximately 25 minutes walk to Nerja town centre, 5 minutes by car. Also on a bus route to Nerja. Town can also be reached by foot, either 20 minutes along the beach or 25 minutes along the coastal road.

To beach - Approximately 5 minutes walk to Playazo Beach. This beach has several beach bars/restaurants “chiringuitos” which are excellent value for money and very pleasant.

Bedrooms - Sleeps 4/5 max. 2 bedrooms - 1 double & 1 twin-bedded which also has a small children's bed, both rooms have spacious fitted wardrobes. Hairdryer. Stand-up fans for summer.

Living area - Lounge/diner with dining facilities for 6. Sofa seating for 5. Heaters for use in winter and ceiling fans for summer. Books, magazines, DVD Player.

Kitchen - Separate fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances including oven and gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and board.

Bathroom - 1 bathroom with 1 corner shower and separate bath/shower.

Entertainment - British Freeview TV available and several foreign channels, DVD player. Books and Magazines.

Exterior - Good sized protected balcony and large private roof terrace with tap/hose and patio furniture. Superb views of Nerja, sea and mountains. Car parking possible outside the house or very nearby. Private entrance with 5 steps leading to it.

Pool - There is a large communal pool with a separate children's pool and life guard, bars and restaurants. Open Easter to October, please check these dates as they do change

General - Bed linen and towels provided but not beach towels. Adequate bedding and heating for winter. For larger groups, this house can be rented in conjunction with Ref 56b, which is a separate dwelling underneath.

Suitability - Children and elderly. The house is on 2 floors with roof terrace and has a few steps to the front door.
