A 2 bedroom house on two floors, with a large roof terrace, in a row of houses with its own entrance. This excellent property is located in the quiet urbanisation of Punta Lara on the westerly outskirts of Nerja.

Punta Lara is approximately 2 km along the coastal road from the town centre. The urbanisation is across from the beach and built on a back drop of low hills which gives you picturesque views of Nerja, the coast and the surrounding mountains.

The property enjoys access to a large communal pool with separate children's pool, life guard and grass surround. There are snack bars and restaurants by the pool. There is a min-market and access to tennis courts at a nearby hotel.

To town - Approximately 25 minutes walk to Nerja town centre, 5 minutes by car. Also on a bus route to Nerja.

To beach - Approximately 5 minutes walk to Playazo Beach.

Bedrooms - 2 bedrooms - 1 double & 1 twin-bed. One double sofa bed available in lounge. Bedrooms both have spacious fitted wardrobes. Sleeps 6 max.

Living area - Lounge/diner with dining facilities for 6 and sofa seating for 5 people. Heaters for use in winter and ceiling fans for summer. A double sofa bed sleeps 2 people. T.V. , books, games and toys are provided

Kitchen - Separate fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances including oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and board

Bathroom - 1 bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit /sink, W.C. and heated towel rail.

Entertainment - British TV available. Books, games and young children's toys available in lounge.

Exterior - Good sized balcony with awning and large private roof terrace with tap/hose, patio furniture. Superb views of Nerja, sea and mountains. Car parking outside the house. Private entrance.

Pool - There is a large communal pool with a separate children's pool (open May to October). lifeguard, bars and restaurants. Please check pool dates as they do change.

General - Bed linen and towels provided but not beach towels. Adequate bedding provided for winter.
