To town - Approximately 15 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja.

To beach - Approximately 5 minutes walk to Burriana Beach.

Bedrooms - sleeps 9 max. One large ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds and double sofa bed. Two second floor twin bedded bedrooms.

Living area - lounge/diner with dining facilities for 6. Sofa seating for 6. Large private balcony and patio furniture. Heaters for winter and ceiling fans and blinds for summer.

Kitchen - separate modern fitted kitchen with oven/hob, dish washer, microwave, large fridge/freezer. Toaster and kettle.

Utility room - washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bathrooms - one second floor bathroom with bath/shower. One ground floor bathroom with shower cubicle.

Pool - one good sized communal swimming pool open May to October, please check these dates as they do change.

Entertainment - English Freeview TV, video recorder & music system. Books and videos.

Exterior - large balcony and private roof terrace. Sun loungers for pool. Outdoor furniture provided. 2 separate private entrances to house, first on the ground floor via street with private planted area and the second on the first floor via complex with own herb garden. Parking nearby.

General - bed linen and towels provided but not beach towels. All rooms have heater for winter and fans for summer. Adequate bedding for winter. Electric water heater.

Suitability - families and children. Not for people with difficulties using stairs.
