To town - Approximately 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja.

To beach - Approximately 5 minutes walk to Burriana beach.

Bedrooms - sleeps 8 max. One large ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds and double sofa bed. On second floor, one twin bedded bedroom and one double.

Living area - lounge/diner with dining facilities for 6. Sofa seating for 6. Large private balcony and patio furniture. Heaters for winter and ceiling fans and blinds for summer.

Kitchen - Modern and fully equipped including a washing machine, microwave and large fridge/freezer.

Bathrooms - one second floor bathroom with bath/shower. One ground floor bathroom with shower cubicle.

Pool - one good sized communal swimming pool open May to October, please check these dates as they do change.

Entertainment - English Freeview TV, video recorder, DVD player & music system. Books, videos and lots of children's toys and beach stuff.

Exterior - large balcony and private roof terrace. Sun loungers for pool. Outdoor furniture provided. 2 separate private entrances to house, first on the ground floor via street and private planted area and the second on the first floor via complex and herb garden. Parking nearby.

General - bed linen and towels provided but not beach towels. All rooms have heaters for winter and fans for summer. Adequate bedding for winter. Gas water heating.

Suitability - families and children, particularly large groups. Not for people with difficulties with steps.
